Pantalica Trek Experience, an archaeological trekking in the Unesco site of the Necropolis of Pantalica with a swim in the Anapo river.

Pantalica is one of the most beautiful places in Sicily. We don't say it, the facts say it! To find out if what we say is true, all you have to do is book this excursion, that will bring you in the middle of an heaven. Will walk at the base of the Necropolis along an almost subtropical environment, due by the presence of Anapo river and high summer temperatures. During the trek, you will often find yourself in front of small lakes or water pools formed along the river bed that will give you the feelings to be into the Garden of Eden. The second part of the hike will be a little more challenging rising up to the Necropolis, the kingdom of the Sicani. Here, through a ridge trail, we will reach many of the caves of the pre-Greek age, once Sicans refuge fleeing from the Sicilians. The last part of the trek will give you an extraordinary contact with nature, during the descent we will stop at one of the small lakes where, whoever wishes, can enjoy a swim in the wonderful waters of the Anapo river.
