What happens in case of bad weather?

Can I reach the excursion location by public transport?
Public transportation is limited, and it is not recommended to book unless you have your own vehicle or take a private transfer.
Do I need license to drive a quad?
To drive a quad bike it's enough the standard licence used in all part of the world.

Pricing & Included stuffs
The Argimusco plateau is located near Montalbano Elicona, a beautiful Medieval village since 2015 in the list of the most beautiful old towns in Italy. The Argimusco is one of the most suggestive and magic place in Sicily, due to the presence of giant megaliths. There are many theories and legends about the formation of these anthropomorphic and zoomorphic stones. This quad tour bring you along the typical Sicilian countryside, enjoying spectacular views of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Aeolian Islands.
2-hours tour
The 2-hours tour will take you to the megalithic area through a paved road; a pleasant itinerary for who are at the first experience with a quad bike or for who want discover the beauties of this small piece of Sicily. Once you reach the plateau you will be invested by the magic of this place also called: "The Mirror of the Stars", for the alignment that some megaliths have with some constellations; a short trek will lead you to the top of one of these ancient rocks to sight a wonderful view of the sea.
3-hours tour
The 3-hours tour is a mix of dirt and paved road and will take you not only up to the Argimusco plateau as described for the 2-hours tour, but also in a fun and challenging panoramic off-road along the Malabotta woods. This is a slightly more challenging trail but with a great landscape charm. You will discover a piece of Sicily that will surprise you!

We recommend sportswear with sports shoes (no flip-flops, slippers), sunscreen, sunglasses, bandana for dust. In winter, clothing appropriate to the season with a windproof jacket.

This quad tour has a "Low" sustainability level due to the emission of approximately 3 kg of CO2 and water vapor into the atmosphere per participant for the 2-hours tour, and over 4 kg per participant for the 3-hours trail. The tour also causes soil pollution due to the release of engine oils, and finally, the high noise, above 100dbi, could cause disturbance to fauna.
