What is included in the on-board lunch during the Marettimo Boat Tour?
The on-board lunch features a selection of traditional Sicilian specialties. You will enjoy a variety of appetizers, including bruschetta with Trapani-style pesto and basil pesto, toasted bread with red tuna bottarga, extra virgin olive oil, and Sicilian lemon zest, local black and green olives, tuna bites, typical “pane cunzato,” fish cubes served on slices of blood orange with evo oil, salt, pepper, and orange zest, eggplant caponata, and fresh local tuma cheese, accompanied by a glass of sparkling prosecco. For the main course, you can choose between fish couscous, vegetable tabbouleh, or seafood lasagna, served with Alcamo white wine or Sicilian Grillo. The meal is completed with fresh fruit for dessert, including yellow melon.

The catamaran is a luxurious motor baot designed for excursions to the Egadi Islands. It features a twin-hull design, 4 cabins, 4 bathrooms with showers, air conditioning, a panoramic flybridge, a fully equipped kitchen, a generator, GPS, bimini, and an external audio system. It offers spacious indoor and outdoor areas, including a sun deck with loungers. The on-board crew, composed of a skipper and a hostess, ensures safety, comfort, and top-quality service.

This boat tour has a "Low" sustainability level due to the emission of approximately 17 kg of CO2 and water vapor into the atmosphere per participant. This tour uses closed circuit engines, therefore there is no release of engine waste into the sea. This tour does not cause damage to coastal flora and fauna as it takes place in areas with deep seabeds without ever docking at natural piers.
