What happens in case of bad weather?
Outdoor activities are always affected by weather conditions. Last-minute cancellations are possible. Cancellations by our organization always entitle you to a full refund of the deposit. To know the policy about bad weather visit the "Assistance" page, "Reservations" section.
Who can't participate?
People suffering from cardiac or respiratory diseases and pregnant women cannot participate in this activity.
What are the required skills?
Only experts with diving certification can participate in this activity. Minors can participate with certification and accompanied by parents.

Pricing & Included stuffs
A big part of east coast of Sicily has a volcanic origin. It's formed 600k-400k years ago after many underwater eruptions of primordial Etna, this is the area where will take place this diving session. Based on the skills of the partecipants, the instructors will choose the hardeness level and where do it between 12 different sites all of great biological and photographic interest. You will swim among underwater lava flow, blue walls, wrecks and basaltic mountains that goes up until to touch the surface. Diving team is composed by PADI instructors with big experience that lead you to discover primordial underwater Etna. We remind it's possible to book this diving session only for expert with certification. All equipment is provided by our organization.

Cancellation within 4 days: full refund. Within 24 hours: refund via voucher. In the previous 24 hours: no refund.
⛔ Restrictions
Minimum booking required 2 people, maximum 8 people. This activity is not suitable for pregnant women and for people with respiratory or cardiac diseases.
🕒 How long does it last?
This experience lasts 3-hours and start in the Morning or afternoon. You can choose departure time during booking selecting the favorite one.
🗣️ Languages
Italian, English.
🩴 Recommended clothing
Wear a swimsuit and bring with you: beach towel, sunscreen, flip-flops.
🤿 Equipment
All equipment is included in the price: wetsuit, mask, fins and complete diving gear.
🥖 🥛 Food & Water
You don't need food, just a bottle of water (not included).
📋 Required skills
To get part to this activity you need a scuba diving certification. Minimum age 16 years old, minor can join only with parents.

This activity has a "Mid" sustainability level as emissions are extremely low, mainly due to reaching the diving areas, very close to the coast. Emissions are estimated under 0.8 kg per participant. Furthermore, this activity does not cause noise pollution, does not release polluting substances: all equipment is scrupulously checked to avoid the release of plastics and microplastics into the sea. Finally, it does not cause any damage to flora and fauna, the approach by participants is always supervised by instructors.
