What happens in case of bad weather?
Outdoor activities are always affected by weather conditions. Last-minute cancellations are possible. Cancellations by our organization always entitle you to a full refund of the deposit. To know the policy about bad weather visit the "Assistance" page, "Reservations" section.
What ebikes types are available?
Electric mountain bikes supplied for this tour are medium level, with aluminum frame, front suspension, hydraulic brakes, 500 watt battery. The full electric mountain bike has double suspensions and higher performance specifications compared to the front ones. We have various sizes will be assigned during the pre-departure briefing.
Is it possible rent an ebike without guide?

Can I reach the excursion location by public transport?
If you don't have a car but want to take part with Alcantara quad tour, here is a detailed guide on How to Get to the Alcantara Gorges from any part of Sicily. We recommend getting off at "Fondaco Motta", next stop to the Alcantara Gorges, we are 100 meters far from the bus stop. We remind you that reaching the starting point on time is your responsibility and this guide is for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for any delays by transport company.

We are in the heart of the Alcantara Valley, an area of Sicily full of history and natural treasures! Riding on electric bikes we will go into the nature through an adventurous trail that includes crossing streams, short single tracks, panoramic views, with a passage to the Castle of Lauria in the beautiful medieval village of Castiglione di Sicilia, included in the list of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The last stage will take us to an old railway bridge from which we will enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the Alcantara river.
